SIKKIM TEMI
A rare black tea harvested in Sikkim (Temi Tea Garden).
Contains white chips (sprouts).
Sikkim is located in the foothills of the Himalayas near Darjeeling.
Temi Tea Plantation is the only government-owned tea plantation in Sikkim and produces 100% organic tea leaves.
It has a similar taste and aroma to Darjeeling, but it is lighter and less astringent than Darjeeling, and the aroma is not as strong.
It is recommended to drink straight.
It has a refreshing aftertaste, so it's great for iced tea in the summer.
Ingredients: Black tea Light blue: Bright orange Taste and aroma: Light astringency. Fruity aftertaste Extraction: 90-95◦C /4-5 minutes/120-150ml
